About Dynamic Protection

HEALTH & SAFETY

 

Dynamic Protection complies with the letter and the spirit of the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and subsequent legislation.

Dynamic Protection staff, as far as it is practicable, have the right to work in safe and healthy conditions. These conditions are to be created and maintained by the preparation and application of this company Health and Safety policy. We recognise that health and safety matters are not only a managerial responsibility but also a responsibility of individuals connected with the company. Individuals have a duty of care both to themselves and to others with regard to health and safety matters in the workplace.

Details of this responsibility are contained within the company’s Health and Safety Manual which also covers legal requirements and company procedures.

Dynamic Protection undertakes to provide adequate health and safety training and information for all staff in order to improve their knowledge and awareness of health and safety responsibilities. A health and safety adviser is available within the company as a further source of advice and assistance.

Dynamic Protection adopts a risk management strategy. This strategy ensures the preparation of risk assessments for the target venues covering the core responsibilities of staff

Environmental Policy

 

 Dynamic Protection recognises that all organisations, whatever their size, must make whatever contribution they can to conserve resources to achieve a greener society.

Dynamic Protection aims:

  • Where possible, to use security personnel living close to the target venue to minimise the need for transport.
  • If transport is necessary, to encourage a car-sharing policy wherever and whenever possible.
  • To purchase, whenever possible, refurbished radio equipment.
  • To use only rechargeable radio equipment on the job to eradicate the need for, and subsequent disposal of, life-limited batteries.
  • To minimise paper wastage by storing a headed notepaper template online to use by email or to be printed only when absolutely necessary.
  • To recycle all unwanted paper and card products from the Dynamic Protection office.
  • To monitor, record and, at the end of each shift, to retrieve all items of Dynamic Protection owned uniform and equipment to conserve resources.
  • To be ever vigilant in seeking new and innovative ways to maximise the conservation of resources across the organisation.
  • To ensure that all security personnel associated with Dynamic Protection are made aware of this environmental policy as part of their induction programme.

Corporate Social Responsibility

 Dynamic Protection understands that its responsibility extends beyond maximizing profitability. The company is committed to meeting the needs of all stakeholders, which include:

• Security personnel associated with the company

• Venue management and staff

• Customers at target venues

• Local residents and the wider community

As a growing enterprise, Dynamic Protection recognizes that its CSR policy must be realistic and aligned with its available resources. Our primary operational responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of all stakeholders, with a direct impact on security personnel, venue management, staff, and customers at these venues.

In addition to safeguarding stakeholders, Dynamic Protection is determined to challenge and improve the perception of security firms—especially door supervisors—by maintaining a strong ethical code. All security personnel are licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), which imposes strict guidelines and regulations.

Beyond these statutory requirements, Dynamic Protection demonstrates its ethical commitment by:

• Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations

• Applying sound judgment and common sense in decision-making

• Upholding standards of respect, dignity, and professionalism in all interactions

• Consistently choosing the right course of action to maintain safety and integrity
